Jermolene 96708ecf65 Manager styling tweaks

* Make expand/collapse state be global across all tiddlers
* Remove “Show raw text” option, now that we’ve got the two expandable
areas for raw and wikified text
* Hide raw text by default
* Accentuate currently open tiddler
