**Stack position:** [3 of 7] ## Summary This PR finishes the input-op consolidation by moving the remaining `Op::UserTurn` callers onto `Op::UserInput` and deleting `Op::UserTurn`. This touches a lot of files, but it is a low-risk mechanical migration. ## Stack 1. [1 of 7] [Add thread settings to UserInput](https://github.com/openai/codex/pull/23080) 2. codex-protocol
This crate defines the "types" for the protocol used by Codex CLI, which includes both "internal types" for communication between codex-core and codex-tui, as well as "external types" used with codex app-server.
This crate should have minimal dependencies.
Ideally, we should avoid "material business logic" in this crate, as we can always introduce Ext-style traits to add functionality to types in other crates.
