Add `github-pr` as a selectable `/statusline` and `/title` item when `gh` is available. Resolve the current branch PR asynchronously with a short timeout and omit the value when unavailable. Render status line PRs as underlined OSC 8 links so terminals with hyperlink support can open the current branch PR directly.
