fix: typing markdown heading displays correctly

Also fixed structured tag popup displaying
in heading which didn't make sense. Since this was fixed
right after gp-block/extract-blocks is called, this likely
fixed related issues where format/extract-blocks is called e.g. paste.
Fixes LOG-2821.
