fix: extends tags query and support eid|title|db-ident
...
Previously `tags` doesn't return blocks that have children tag(s).
Also, `tags` support both db/ident and block/title to make it easy
to use:
(tags ?b #{144})
(tags ?b #{"Task"})
(tags ?b #{:logseq.class/Task})

* fix(rtc): batch store and validate db
* fix: logseq.db/transact! shouldn't distinct tx-data
since move-op include 2 steps:
1. insert-block
2. update-attrs
This results in db invalid after step 1.
* refactor: add transact-with-temp-conn!
* bump nbb-logseq and add tests for ldb/transact* fns

. Creation of edn+md paths from pdf path were lacking sanitization which
resulted in edn and md files not being associated with pdf
Fixes https://github.com/logseq/db-test/issues/196#issuecomment-3059363947 .

fix: db import having incorrect block/path-refs
...
Some block/path-refs were invalid because importer was manually setting
this instead of relying on listeners. Confirmed relying on listeners
works in the frontend and CLI. Part of LOG-3176

fix: loading all new deps namespaces in nbb

- bb test:load-all-namespaces-with-nbb now passes for all deps
- Updated nbb-logseq to support cljs.core/Atom
- Adjusted datascript.impl.entity with previous datascript.db require
so that correct loading occurs in nbb
- fixed missing deps in logseq.outliner
- Converted a minor cljs.spec to malli since malli is nbb compatible
- Changed exists? to some? since they are functionally equivalent for
the given arg and some? is nbb compatible

- Fix validator considering 'foo bar' or a number or any valid edn, a valid keyword
- Rename property keys to names as users don't know what keys are
- Also bumped nbb-logseq to latest version
- Also give property validation more product focused namespace and name
