- go-loop websocket ping to keep ws alive
- remove ::remote->local=>local->remote state
- remove ::remote->local=>local->remote-full-sync state
- remote ::remote->local-full-sync=>local->remote-full-sync state
- when starting sync, first trigger remote->local, then local->remote-full-sync
