Refresh Python SDK generated types (#14646)

## Summary
- regenerate `sdk/python` protocol-derived artifacts on latest
`origin/main`
- update `notification_registry.py` to match the regenerated
notification set
- fix the stale SDK test expectation for `GranularAskForApproval`
