These fields had always been documented as experimental/unstable with
docstrings, but now let's actually use the `experimental` annotation to
be more explicit.

- thread/start.experimentalRawEvents
- thread/resume.history
- thread/resume.path
- thread/fork.path
- turn/start.collaborationMode
- account/login/start.chatgptAuthTokens
